Debbie Sarratt

Mrs. Debbie Hilton Sarratt, age 54 of Shelby, NC, passed away Friday, May 22, 2015 at her residence. Funeral services will be held 3:00 pm Tuesday, May 26, 2015 at Cleveland Funeral Services Chapel conducted by Rev. Richard Stroup. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Cleveland Memorial Park.
She is survived by her husband of 33 years, Chris Sarratt of the home, a son, Jonathan Sarratt and wife Ashley of Shelby, NC, a granddaughter, Olivia Sarratt and a best friend, Mike Ward of Shelby, NC.
Born in Lancaster, SC, Mrs. Sarratt was the daughter of the late George W. and Della (Roberts) Hilton. Debbie graduated from Crest High School in 1979. Following her graduation, she went to work at Shelby Body Shop that her parents owned. She later became owner/operator. She enjoyed going to the races, her job, traveling to Gatlinburg, and spending time with her family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Hospice of Cleveland County, 951 Wendover Heights Drive, Shelby, NC 28152.
