Diane Summitt

Diane Summitt, 51, of Shelby, passed away Tuesday, April 19, 2016 at Wendover Hospice House.
She is survived by a sister, Deanna Walton Bass of Shelby, NC, a cousin, Teresa Herndon Thomas of Vale, NC, and a special friend, Tim Hampton of Shelby, NC.
Born November 11, 1964 in Cleveland County, Diane is the daughter of Samuel Dean Walton and the late Alice Faye Wood Walton.
Diane graduate from Crest High School in 1983. After graduation she worked at Fasco. She was an avid David Cook fan. She loved her music and her beloved dog, Alicia.
Memorial services will be held at 11:00 am Friday, April 22, 2016 at Cleveland Funeral Services Chapel conducted by Rev. William Kanupp. A visitation will be held from 10:00 - 11:00 am prior to the service at the funeral home.
