Dorothy Payne

September 25, 1915 — April 17, 2006

She preceded in death by her parents, William A. & Dorcus Payne and sisters, Hazel P.Troutman & Elsie V. Payne. She was also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and many friends in Shelby and Knoxville.
