Fred Osborne

Mr. Fred Joseph Osborne, 61 of Shelby, passed away Sunday, November 5, 2017.
Born July 21, 1959 in Cleveland County, Mr. Osborne was the son of the late Everette D. Osborne and Beulah Ray Terry Osborne.
Along with his mother, Mr. Osborne is survived by two brothers, Dwight Osborne and wife, Freida of Shelby, NC, Billy Osborne and wife, Vonda of Lattimore, NC, and a sister, Carolyn Taylor and husband, Charles of Casar, NC.
A memorial service will be held 2:00 pm Saturday, November 11, 2017 at Cleveland Funeral Services Chapel conducted by Pastor Jonnavan Scott Atkins.
