Greg Brandon Cogburn

   Mr. Greg Brandon Cogburn, age 48 of Charlotte, NC, went to be with his Lord and Savior on May 29, 2023.

   Born June 21, 1974, in Greenville, SC, Greg was the son of Sandy and Tom Housel of Shelby, NC and the late Earle Cogburn of Greer, SC. Greg is also survived by two children, Katie Cogburn and Courtney Cogburn of Lyman, SC, and a sister, Ginger Burnett (Shane) of Duncan, SC.

   Greg was an electrician by trade.  He enjoyed fishing and watching Carolina Panthers football.  He will be dearly missed by those that knew him.

   A funeral service will be held at 11:00am Monday, June 5, 2023, at Cleveland Funeral Services conducted by Rev. Shane Burnett.  A visitation will be held from 10:00am – 11:00am prior to the service at the funeral home.  Greg’s final resting place will be at Poplar Springs Baptist Church Cemetery.
