Joann Beck

SHELBY - Joann Helen Sowinski Beck, age 78, of Shelby, NC, passed away November 23, 2017 at Carolinas Health Care System - Cleveland.
Born July 30, 1939 in Cleveland, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Sowinski and Maryann Yenjewski Sowinski. In addition to her parents; she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald E. Beck.
Joann was a member of Rehobeth United Methodist Church.
She is survived by 6 children; 13 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Saturday, November 25, 2017 at Cleveland Funeral Services. A private graveside service will be held on Sunday, November 26, 2017.
