Born to the late William Charles Swink and Lola Tesseneer Swink. She was married to the late Paul Philbeck, and 6 brothers and sisters and one granddaughter.She was a retired textile worker and a member of First Baptist Church of Grover and a former Sunday School teacher for 30 years.
