Born in Cleveland Co, NC Mrs Howard was a daughter of the late William M. and Ada M.Cogdell. She was a member of Allen Memorial Baptist Church. She is survived by a Son Jack and his Wife Willie of Rock Hill, SC. Daughter Carolyn Clemmer and Husband Fred of Gastonia, NC.
