Pearline Peterson

Mrs. Pearline White Peterson, age 95 of Shelby, NC, passed away Wednesday, July 22, 2015 at Cleveland Regional Medical Center. A visitation will be held from 6:00 - 8:00 pm Friday, July 24, 2015 at Cleveland Funeral Services Chapel. Funeral services will be held 10:00 am Saturday, July 25, 2015 at Patterson Springs Baptist Church conducted by Rev. Steve Waters and Rev. Allen Davis. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery in Fallston.
She is survived by her son, Jimmy Peterson and wife Jenny of Shelby, NC, a grandson, Tyler Peterson of Shelby, NC, and several nieces and nephews.
Born April 29, 1920 in Cleveland County, Mrs. Peterson was the daughter of the late Charlie and Sally White and was preceded in death by her husband, James P. Peterson, a sister, Edith Canipe, and five brothers, Robert White, John White, James White, Garland White and Thurman White.
Pearline enjoyed sewing, cooking, sending cards to everyone she knew, and spending time with her family and friends. She was a lifeline and everyone would go to her for information. She was a member of Patterson Springs Baptist Church where she attended her TEL Sunday School Class.
